Prior to her Personal Trainer career in 2011, Elaine was a competitive Badminton player, later a Dragonboater, competing in both regional and national races. She constantly hungers for knowledge through her studies in the area of exercise anatomy, movement, rehabilitation and training.
She focuses primarily on performance based training using her expertise in Kettlebells, Bodyweight and Barbells as training modalties to improve performance of her athletes or general population clients.
When not coaching at G1RYA, she is busy with her full-time job which involves carrying out sports science support, mainly Strength & Conditioning for athletes, or running behind the scene of G1RYA.
Elaine is also the first female to be a Strongfirst certified Kettlebell instructor in Singapore, the gold standard globally, barnone.
